STEP 3: Production
Once you approve the proof, your order enters production. Custom printed items are not eligible for 7‑day no‑reason returns. Please review your proof carefully.

To ensure accuracy and avoid delays, the following five items are required after checkout:

⚠️ Important: Brick color must be selected from our standard in‑stock colors. UV printing adds ink on top of an already‑colored brick — it is not part dyeing. For a specific background color, simply choose a standard brick in that color.

▍ Artwork Specifications
UV printing is a digital process — your file quality directly determines the final result.

✅ Preferred Formats

• Vector: AI / PDF / EPS / CDR (convert fonts to outlines)

• Raster: PNG / TIFF / PSD (≥300dpi, transparent background)

• File naming: Include order# + part#, e.g. OD12345_14719-4_front.png

❌ Common Mistakes

• Phone photos, screenshots, or low‑res images cannot be "fixed" by upscaling

• Convert RGB to CMYK yourself — any color shift is your responsibility

• Lines thinner than 0.2pt or text smaller than 4pt may blur due to ink spread

• One file = one brick — do not stack multiple designs in a single file

We provide printing execution only — no free redraws, layout adjustments, or proofreading. Paid design assistance is available upon request.

By submitting design files, you confirm that:

• You own the rights or have been granted permission

• Your content does not infringe any third‑party copyright, trademark,肖像权, or other rights

If your files trigger any third‑party claim, you assume full liability and agree to indemnify us for all resulting losses.

We do NOT print:

• Violent, pornographic, gambling, drug‑related, or religiously/politically sensitive content

• Counterfeit trademarks or unauthorized IP

• Anything that violates applicable laws or platform policies

▍ Print Quality & Color — What to Expect
UV direct printing is ideal for small‑batch, personalized work. Here's the reality:

✅ What We Can Do

• Crisp graphics, smooth gradients, complex emblems

• White underbase (strongly recommended for dark bricks to keep colors vibrant)

• Glossy varnish overprint (adds durability & sheen)

⚠️ What You Should Know

• UV printing cannot match the flatness or layer consistency of industrial pad printing. A slight ink‑texture / orange‑peel effect is normal — not a defect.

• ±10% color variation between production runs is industry standard.

• Screens (phone/PC) and physical prints will never match 100% — don't claim a defect based on screen color.

• White ink on dark bricks is never 100% opaque. It ranges from semi‑translucent to bright white depending on the base color.

📌 Dark Bricks? Always Use White Underbase
Printing bright graphics on black, dark gray, or dark blue? Enable the white underbase option. Without it, colors will appear faded and dull.
