To enhance your shopping experience, we have upgraded our inventory management system! Starting today, all Gobricks parts on MyGoBricks.com now feature real-time inventory synchronization, ensuring accurate stock availability for every product you view.

Key Features of This Upgrade

 

1. Real-Time Stock Display

Where to Check: The "Inventory Quantity" section on product detail pages (highlighted in the red box in the screenshot below).

 

2. Out-of-Stock Item Optimization

If a part is unavailable, the "Add to Cart" button will automatically switch to "Sold Out", reducing the risk of post-purchase refunds due to stockouts.

 

3. Bulk Order Tool

Before uploading your parts list, please format your data using the rebrickable_export_csv_sample.csv template.

 

Only four fields are required for quick matching:

Part: Part number

Color: LDraw ID value

Quantity: Order quantity

After editing, save and upload the template:

 

 

Is Spare: Default to "FALSE"

 

• Matched items will appear under "Available", bulk quick "Add To Cart".

 

 

• Unmatched items (due to stockouts or unlisted parts) will be listed under "Not Available" and can be exported for reference.

 

 

4. Restock Notifications
