Welcome to MyGoBricks! We are thrilled to invite all creative MOC designers to join our affiliate partnership program. Whether you are an experienced brick artist or a beginner just starting your creative journey, we look forward to working with you to turn your original designs into reality and share them with brick enthusiasts around the world.

1. What is the MOC Designer Affiliate Partnership?

The MyGoBricks Affiliate Partnership Program is a commission-based collaboration for MOC designers. You provide the design files and parts list of your original creation, and we provide high-quality GoBricks parts, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and after‑sales service. When customers purchase the parts kit for your creation through your exclusive affiliate link, you earn 15% of the sales amount as commission.

This is a zero-cost, low-risk monetization method — you don't need to handle production, inventory, logistics, or customer service. You can focus on creating and promoting while earning passive income.

2. Partnership Model Details

2.2 Designer Earnings

  • Commission rate: 15% of each order’s sales amount (excluding shipping fees)
  • Settlement cycle: Monthly, paid by the 15th of the following month via the PayPal account linked to the affiliate platform
  • Note: Returned or refunded orders do not generate commission. Any commission already paid on a subsequently refunded order may be deducted from future payments.

3. Application Process

Joining the MyGoBricks MOC Designer Affiliate Program takes just four simple steps:

Step 2 – Submit your application

Send the following materials to mygobricks@gmail.com:

  • Your MyGoBricksAffiliate account information
  • Design files (.io or .ldr format) and photos of 1–2 representative works
  • Brief description of each work
  • Links to your promotion channels (e.g., YouTube channel, Instagram account – optional)

Step 3 – Wait for review

We will complete the review and reply within 3 business days.

Step 4 – Sign the agreement and start cooperation

After your application is approved, we will sign the MOC Designer Cooperation Framework Agreement, generate your exclusive affiliate link, and arrange for your work to be listed.

4. Content Review Guidelines

To ensure compliance and safety on our website, all submitted works must meet the following standards:

4.1 Originality Requirements

  • The work must be your original design – no copying or imitation of others’
  • If the work is a modification of another person’s model, you must credit the original author in the description.
  • The work’s name and description must not contain protected brand names such as “LEGO” – use generic descriptive terms instead.

4.2 Unacceptable Content

Based on industry standards and e‑commerce platform policies, the following types of designs will not be accepted:

  • Content involving violence, war, terrorism, or gore
  • Large‑scale replicas or functional imitations of real weapons
  • Designs containing religious symbols or figures (purely religious buildings such as the Taj Mahal may be considered as architectural models)
  • Content related to alcohol, drugs, pornography, or sexual suggestiveness
  • Content involving racism, bullying, or animal cruelty
  • Political symbols or politically sensitive content
  • Content that plagiarizes or infringes on others’ intellectual property

Special note for models with a launching mechanism: The product description must clearly include safety statements such as “non‑functional” or “toy grade”, along with an age safety warning.

4.3 Content Review Rights

MyGoBricks reserves the right to review all submitted works. If a work is found to violate the above guidelines, we will refuse to list it or remove it immediately, and notify the designer for revisions.

5. Key Terms of the Cooperation Agreement

Before starting, you will need to sign the MyGoBricks MOC Designer Cooperation Framework Agreement. Below is a summary of the key terms:

Intellectual Property

The designer warrants that the work is entirely original and does not infringe any third‑party rights. If a design causes an infringement claim, the designer bears full legal liability, and MyGoBricks has the right to remove the work and terminate the agreement immediately.

Product Fulfillment

The designer must provide a complete parts list. If some parts are out of stock, MyGoBricks may propose functionally equivalent alternatives. Production may proceed only after receiving the designer’s confirmation.

Price Adjustment

MyGoBricks reserves the right to adjust the product’s selling price based on changes in parts procurement costs, and will notify the designer before any adjustment.

Term & Termination

The agreement is valid for one year, renewable by mutual consent 30 days before expiry. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the platform’s operating entity is located.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: I have no experience – can I still apply?

Yes! We welcome all MOC creators, regardless of experience level. As long as you have original works, you can apply. We value quality and uniqueness.

Q2: Can I sell my work on other platforms at the same time?

Yes, unless you sign an exclusive agreement. Our default model is non‑exclusive, so you retain the right to sell your work elsewhere.

Q3: Who sets the product price?

The price is determined by mutual agreement. We will propose a price based on parts cost and market conditions, and confirm it with you.

Q4: When and how do I receive my commission?

Commissions are paid monthly by the 15th of the following month via your linked PayPal account. Refunded orders do not count.

Q5: What if my work gets removed?

If removal is due to an IP or content violation, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to revise. If you believe it was a mistake, you can contact us via email to appeal.

Q6: How do I track my sales and commission data?

You can view clicks, orders, and commission details through the affiliate platform dashboard.
